Commercial Applicant definition

Commercial Applicant means a person who makes a request for access to a record to obtain information for use in connection with a trade, business, profession or other venture for profit.
Commercial Applicant means an applicant for a license under this article for purposes other than those of a noncommercial applicant, such as commercial salvage or income‑producing purposes.
Commercial Applicant means the legal entity that applies for a Commercial Avion Credit Card Account.
