ComEd Responsibilities definition

ComEd Responsibilities means the responsibilities of ComEd, ComEd’s third party subcontractors and consultants retained by ComEd, expressly designated as ComEd Responsibilities in Section 29.l(a) through (h) of this Agreement or expressly designated as ComEd Responsibilities in a Statement of Work or Project Plan.

  • Vigilance Officer means an officer appointed to receive protected disclosures from Whistle Blower, maintaining records thereof, placing the same before the Audit Committee for its disposal and informing the Whistle Blower the result thereof.

  • Transition means: 1) the formal and physical process of transferring from school to school or 2) the period of time in which a student moves from one school in the sending state to another school in the receiving state.
