Coach’s Consultant(s) definition

Coach’s Consultant(s) means any or all of the architects (other than Coach’s Architect), engineers, consultants or advisors, or any of their respective subconsultants, engaged by or on behalf of the Coach Member with respect to the Project, as applicable in context, including, without limitation, Gxxxxxxx & Txxxxxxx, Inc.
Coach’s Consultant(s) means any or all of the architects (other than Coach’s Architect), engineers, consultants or advisors, or any of their respective subconsultants, engaged by or on behalf of the Coach Member with respect to the Project, as applicable in context, including, without limitation, Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx, Inc.
Coach’s Consultant(s) shall have the meaning set forth in the Development Agreement.

Related to Coach’s Consultant(s)
