Co-Detail definition

Co-Detail means the employment by Amgen and GENE of Representatives to jointly Detail the same Product under the same Product Trademark in the United States and/or Canada (as appropriate), under the coordination and direction of Amgen.

  • NGM, either itself or through an Affiliate, shall have the option to Co-Detail each NGM Optioned Product through its own sales force in the Co-Detailing Territory in accordance with this Section 7.8.2 (the “Co-Detailing Option”) and the Co-Detailing Agreement.

  • In the event that Enanta does not elect to Co-Detail the second Product offered to it by Novartis, then Enanta’s right to Co-Detail any Products hereunder shall terminate.

  • In that connection and until Intellia has selected such [***] Collaboration Products to co-detail, at least [***] months before the planned submission of any Regulatory Filing seeking Regulatory Approval in the United States for a Product under this Agreement, Novartis will notify Intellia [***] (the “Co-Detail Notice”) and will provide Intellia with information reasonably necessary for Intellia to evaluate the Co-Detail opportunity [***].

  • If Intellia wishes to Co-Detail any such Product in the United States, it will provide notice in writing to Novartis of such election no later than [***] after its receipt of the Co-Detail Notice, which notice will contain the information as further described in Section 3.8.2(b)(i) and Section 3.8.2(b)(ii) (the “Co-Detail Option Exercise Notice”).

  • If Intellia does not respond within the relevant [***] period, Intellia will be deemed to have declined to exercise its rights to Co-Detail the relevant Product.

  • C4T hereby grants to Roche an exclusive Roche Option Right for each Target to obtain an exclusive (even as to C4T subject to C4T’s rights in the event C4T exercises its Co-Dev Option Right and/or Co-Detail Option Right)) license, including the right to sublicense through multiple tiers, under C4T IP and C4T Patent Rights to Exploit Products relating to such Target in the Field in the Territory.

  • If GENE elects to Co-Detail pursuant to Section 6.3, each Party will notify the other Party of any complaint received by it with respect to any Product and, within ten (10) days (but, in the event of serious adverse events, five (5) days) of the initial receipt, provide the other Party with a copy of such complaint(s) and adverse event reports.
