Clinical Duties definition

Clinical Duties means those duties of Non-Professional Personnel (as defined below) which entail directly or indirectly assisting a Professional (as defined below) in the scheduling, examination or care of patients in the course of providing Professional Eye Care Services, regardless of whether the performance of such duties requires licensure under applicable state law.
