Clean Harbors means, collectively, Clean Harbors Services, Inc.; Spring Grove Resource Recovery, Inc.; Clean Harbors of Braintree, Inc.; Clean Harbors of Connecticut, Inc.; Clean Harbors Baton Rouge, LLC; Clean Harbors Plaquemine, LLC; Clean Harbors La Porte, L.P.; Clean Harbors Deer Park, L.P.; Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc.; and Clean Harbors Aragonite, LLC; and their successors and assigns.
Clean Harbors has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Clean Harbors has the meaning specified in Section 5.12.

  • Clean wood means natural wood which has not been painted, varnished or coated with a similar material, has not been pressure treated with preservatives and does not contain resins or glues as in plywood or other composite wood products.
