Class Member Payments definition

Class Member Payments means any payment distributed to a Class Member by the Settlement Administrator as part of the settlement of this Action.
Class Member Payments means the amount payable from the Net Distribution 18 Fund to each Settlement Class Member, 90% of which shall be allocated to penalties and 10% of 19 which shall be allocated to wages. Class Member Payments are separate and distinct from PAGA 20 Payments (defined below) that will be paid to PAGA Aggrieved Employees.

Examples of Class Member Payments in a sentence

  • The Net Settlement Fund will be divided among all Settlement Class Members entitled to Settlement Class Member Payments based on formulas described in the Settlement Agreement.

  • Settlement Class Members who are Current Account Holders when the Net Settlement Fund is distributed will receive a credit in the amount of their Settlement Class Member Payments applied to any account they are maintaining individually at the time of the credit.

  • The Settlement Fund shall be used to pay Settlement Class Members their respective Settlement Class Member Payments; any and all attorneys’ fees, and costs awarded to Class Counsel; any Service Award to the Class Representatives; and all Settlement Administration Costs.
