  • Within 75 days after the end of each calendar year, the Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to each Person who at any time during the calendar year was the Holder of a Class I-M-1 or Class II-M-1 Certificate a statement containing the applicable distribution information provided pursuant to this Section aggregated for such calendar year or applicable portion thereof during which such Person was the Holder of a Class I-M-1 or Class II-M-1 Certificate.
