Class C-3 Common Units definition

Class C-3 Common Units each have the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.
Class C-3 Common Units means the Company's Class C-3 Common Units (as such term is defined in the Company LLC Agreement).

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.
