Class A Cumulative Preferred Units definition

Class A Cumulative Preferred Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).
Class A Cumulative Preferred Units. (the “Class A Preferred Units”), which shall each have a liquidation preference per Class A Preferred Unit equal to the Unit Price (the “Liquidation Preference”). The General Partner is authorized to provide for the issuance of up to 400,000 Class A Preferred Units in one or more series (each, a “Class A Series”), each of which Class A Series shall be identical other than the date of issuance.

Related to Class A Cumulative Preferred Units

  • Preferred Units means all Partnership Interests designated as preferred units by the General Partner from time to time in accordance with Section 4.02 of the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class A Preferred Stock means the Company's Class A Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $.01 per share.
