  • Pursuant to the Purchase Agreements, the General Partner shall purchase from each Class A Common Unit Holder set forth on Schedule 2.7 (each a “Selling Class A Common Unit Holder”) the number of Class A Common Units set forth opposite its name at a price per Class A Common Unit equal to the net proceeds to the General Partner per share of Class A Common Stock in the IPO.

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.
