CLASS A-2 NOTIONAL AMOUNT definition

CLASS A-2 NOTIONAL AMOUNT. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the Outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates for such Distribution Date.
CLASS A-2 NOTIONAL AMOUNT. As of the Closing Date, $57,329,999 and thereafter, with respect to any Distribution Date, will be equal to (a) the sum of (i) 1.50% of the Class Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates, (ii) 1.00% of the Class Principal Balance of the Class A-3 Certificates and (iii) 1.50% of the Class Principal Balance of the Class A-22 Certificates, divided by (b) 5.50%.
CLASS A-2 NOTIONAL AMOUNT means, as determined on each Deposit Date, the Class A-2 Note Balance as of close of business on the preceding Distribution Date, provided, however, with respect to the first Deposit Date, the applicable Class A-2 Notional Amount will be equal to the related Initial Class A-2 Note Balance.
