Class A-2-AR-4 Note means a Class A-2-AR-4 Note issued pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2 thereto.
Class A-2 Note means any of the 0.51% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.
Class A-3 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-3 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class A-3 Note means any of the 1.34% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-3, issued under the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Indenture.
Class A-4 Note means any of the [____]% Asset Backed Notes, Class [A-4], issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A.
Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 1.04% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Class A-1 Note means any of 5.604% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.
Class A-2b Notes means the Class A-2b Floating Rate Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2b to the Indenture.
Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.
Class A-2a Notes means the Class A-2a 5.05% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2a to the Indenture.
Class A-3 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-3 Notes.
Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.
Class A-4 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-4 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-4 Notes.
Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.
Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 Notes.
Initial Class A-4 Note Balance means $115,000,000.
Class A-3 Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class A-3 Note is registered on the Note Register.
Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A-2-B Interest Rate means LIBOR + 0.27% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360 day year); provided, however, that for any Interest Period for which the sum of LIBOR + 0.27% is less than 0.00%, the Class A-2-B Interest Rate shall be deemed to be 0.00%.
Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.
Class A-3 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
Class A-1 Notes means the Class A-1 4.867% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 to the Indenture.
Class A-2B Certificate Any Certificate designated as a "Class A-2B Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
Class A-2 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
