Class A-1 Percentage definition

Class A-1 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
Class A-1 Percentage in relation to a Determination Date means the amount (expressed as a percentage) calculated as follows: CA1IA CA1P = ------------- CA1IA + CA2IA where: CA1P = the Class A-1 Percentage; CA1IA = the aggregate Adjusted Stated Amount of the Class A-1 Notes on the Determination Date; and CA2IA = the aggregate Stated Amount of the Class A-2 Notes on the Determination Date.
Class A-1 Percentage. The Original Class A-1 Balance divided by the Original Principal Balance, or 100.00%.
