Claim Settlement Check definition

Claim Settlement Check means the check containing the Claim Settlement Payment for each Settlement Class Member who submits a valid and timely Claim.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Operating Agreement, section 3.3.
