Claim Cost Reimbursement definition

Claim Cost Reimbursement means reimbursement to the insurer from the Reserve for claim costs incurred for a preferred worker for a compensable injury or occupational disease occurring within three years of the hire date. Claim cost reimbursement does not include claim costs for the original injury or an aggravation of the original injury.
Claim Cost Reimbursement means reimbursement to the insurer from the Reserve for claim costs incurred by a preferred worker hired using the Preferred Worker Program.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves.   • Reimbursement Payment shall have the meaning given to that term in Subparagraph 2.02(c).
