City of Residence definition

City of Residence means City as mentioned in the address declared by You at the time of Policy issuance and mentioned in the Policy Schedule.
City of Residence means and includes any city, town or village in which the Insured Person is currently residing in India and as specified in the Insured Person’s corresponding address in the Policy Certificate/Certificate of Insurance;

Examples of City of Residence in a sentence

  • Used ticket issued by the Common Carrier in original for return journey from the place of cancellation to the City of Residence or Place of Origin of the Insured which indicate the cost of the tickets together with the receipts for the refunds obtained towards the unfulfilled portion of the Trip.

  • The Third Party Administrator is authorized by the Insured to take all measures that are suitable for loss prevention and claim minimization, which includes the Insured's transportation back to the City of Residence or the Place of Origin of the Insured.

  • Used ticket issued by the Common Carrier or boarding pass, as the case may be, in original for return journey from the place of cancellation to the City of Residence or Place of Origin of the Insured together with the receipts for the refunds obtained towards the unfulfilled portion of the Trip.

  • It is a condition under this Policy that the Insured shall declare in detail the schedule of his / her travels to one or more destinations until he / she returns to the City of Residence or the Place of Origin in completion of his/ her Trip hereunder.

  • Documents of claim appropriate for each contingency and the consequent loss as listed in the respective sections of this Policy shall be forwarded to the Third Party Administrator as soon as the Insured returns to the City of Residence or the Place of Origin of the Insured (unless otherwise required by the Company or the Third Party Administrator) and in no case beyond a period of 30 days from the date of such return.

  • These transportation expenses would be limited to transporting the Insured from the place of loss to the nearest appropriate medical facility or to the Place of Origin or to the City of Residence of the Insured, whichever is nearer.

  • In any case, the Company’s liability shall be limited to economy class travel by a Common Carrier applicable from and to the City of Residence and/or the Place of Origin of the Insured to the place of Hospitalization.

  • The coverage shall commence from the time the Checked-In Baggage is entrusted to the Common Carrier and a receipt obtained, and shall terminate on delivery by the Common Carrier against surrender of the receipt at the Place of Destination/ City of Residence, as the case may be provided that the cover shall in no case exist beyond the point of delivery by the Common Carrier at the arrival terminal / exit gate.

  • Claims for insurance benefits must be submitted to the Third Party Administrator not later than one (1) month after the completion of the treatment or transportation to the City of Residence, or in the event of death, after transportation of the mortal remains/ burial.

  • City of Residence: the city in which the Insured Person currently resides.

Related to City of Residence

  • County of residence means the county in this state in which, at the time a person applies for or receives services, the person is living and has established an ongoing presence with the declared, good faith intention of living in the county for a permanent or indefinite period of time. The county of residence of a person who is a homeless person is the county where the homeless person usually sleeps. A person maintains residency in the county in which the person last resided while the person is present in another county receiving services in a hospital, a correctional facility, a halfway house for community-based corrections or substance-related treatment, a nursing facility, an intermediate care facility for persons with an intellectual disability, or a residential care facility, or for the purpose of attending a college or university. (IC 331.394(1)a)

  • Country of Residence means:

  • Place of Residence means the place where the family of any person

  • School district of residence means the school district

  • Primary state of residence means the state of a person’s declared fixed permanent and principal home for legal purposes; domicile.

  • Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.

  • Residence means a person's principal place of abode within Utah.

  • Principal place of residence means the residential property where the beneficiary, and/or in the instances specified the spouse or a dependent child of such a person lives the majority of the time during the year – one hundred and eighty-three (183) days in the previous twelve (12) months.

  • Day care center means any child day care facility other than a family day care home, and includes infant centers, preschools, extended day care facilities and school age child care centers.

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Primary Residence means an Insured’s fixed, permanent and main home for legal and tax purposes.

  • Headquarters means the office address at which a state agent has his/her primary work assignment.

  • Day Care Centre means any institution established for day care treatment of illness and/or injuries or a medical setup with a hospital and which has been registered with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under supervision of a registered and qualified medical practitioner and must comply with all minimum criterion as under -

  • Assisted living residence means a facility licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services to provide apartment-style housing and congregate dining and to assure that assisted living services are available when needed for four or more adult persons unrelated to the proprietor and that offers units containing, at a minimum, one unfurnished room, a private bathroom, a kitchenette and a lockable door on the unit entrance.

  • community centre means any school, railway station, police station and other location providing a service to the community;

  • Regional Office means the U.S. department of veterans affairs regional office in Wisconsin.

  • National Office means the government authority of a Contracting State entrusted with the granting of patents; references to a “national Office” shall be construed as referring also to any intergovernmental authority which several States have entrusted with the task of granting regional patents, provided that at least one of those States is a Contracting State, and provided that the said States have authorized that authority to assume the obligations and exercise the powers which this Treaty and the Regulations provide for in respect of national Offices;

  • Child day care center and "center" means any place in which child day care is provided for thirteen or more children at one time or any place that is not the permanent residence of the licensee or administrator in which child day care is provided for seven to twelve children at one time. In counting children for the purposes of this definition, any children under six years of age who are related to a licensee, administrator or employee and who are on the premises of the center shall be counted.

  • Residence district means the territory contiguous to a highway, not comprising a business district,

  • Residential address means the physical location where the student’s parents, legal guardians, persons having legal, lawful control of the student under order of a court, or persons standing in loco parentis reside. A student may use the residential address of a legal guardian, person having legal, lawful control of the student under order of a court, or person standing in loco parentis only if the student resides at the same residential address and if the guardianship or other legal authority is not granted solely for educational needs or school attendance purposes.

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • OHIO RESIDENTS The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.

  • Place of business means any bona fide office (other than a mere statutory office), factory, warehouse or other space which is occupied and used by the taxpayer in carrying on any business activity individually or through one or more of his regular employees regularly in attendance.

  • City Clerk means the person appointed by Council to carry out the duties of the clerk described in section 228 of the Municipal Act, 2001;

  • Adult day care center means any facility that is either operated for profit or that desires licensure

  • Day of Rest means a day other than a holiday or a day of leave of absence, on which the employee is not ordinarily required to perform the duties of the position;
