CIESA Trust definition

CIESA Trust means the trust agreement, dated as of August 29, 2005 entered into by and among PEPCA S.A., Enron Argentina Ciesa Holding S.A., PBS, CIESA and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and any successor entity thereof, as trustee, governing the creation of a trust under Argentine Law 24,441 (as amended from time to time), as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
