China.com means China.com, Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company.
WFOE has the meaning set forth in the Preamble of this Agreement.
ChinaClear means China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
China means the People’s Republic of China, excluding, for purposes of this Agreement, Hong Kong, the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC and Taiwan.
ACL means Trade Practices Amendment (Australian Consumer Law) Act (No.2) 2010;
SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
Asia means Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
SAI means Statement of Additional Information.
HK Company shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the preamble of this Agreement.
CCL means the Child Care Licensing Program in the Department of Health that is delegated with the responsibility to enforce the Utah Child Care Licensing Act.
AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
PSEA means the employers' association that is established for post-secondary institutions under the Public Sector Employers' Act and that is the employer bargaining agent for all institutions.
We/Our/Us means the Underwriters named in the Schedule.
HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited.
SSC means the Secondary School Certificate (Standard X) examination conducted by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent certificate awarded by a recognised Board;
PSC means the New York State Public Service Commission.
AEOI means one or more of the following, as the context requires:
CIS means a UCITS or other alternative investment fund within the meaning of Regulation 68(1)(e) of the Regulations and which is prohibited from investing more than 10% of its assets in other such collective investment schemes;
CSSF means the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier;
SONIAi-pLBD means, in respect of any London Banking Day “i” in the relevant Interest Period, the SONIA reference rate for the London Banking Day falling “p” London Banking Days prior to the relevant London Banking Day “i”.
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.
SoftBank means SoftBank Group Corp., a Japanese kabushiki kaisha.
ASA means the Auction Settlement Amount (or Cash Settlement Amount, as the case may be) determined under the Credit Default Swap Transaction;
Mauritius means the Republic of Mauritius and includes:
Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Mainland China means the People's Republic of China but excluding Hong Kong and Macau;
