Charter Schools Office Director definition

Charter Schools Office Director or “CSO Director” means the person designated by the College Board to administer the operations of the Charter Schools Office.

  • No transaction described in this Section may be entered into that is disapproved by the Charter Schools Office Director.

  • Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the notification from the Academy, the Charter Schools Office Director shall notify the Academy whether the Charter Schools Office is interested in entering into a contract to perform an administrative review for the Academy.

  • Upon receipt of an Academy request for termination, the Charter Schools Office Director shall present the Academy Board’s request for termination to the College Board.
