Chairman of the Tribunal definition

Chairman of the Tribunal. (審裁處主席) means the person appointed as such under section 32(3);
Chairman of the Tribunal means the Chairman of the Revenue Recovery Tribunal appointed pursuant to section 130 of this Law;

Examples of Chairman of the Tribunal in a sentence

  • The Chairman of the Tribunal shall, upon nomination, request the Party which has not provided an Arbitrator, to do so in the same manner and under the same conditions.
