Certificate Payments definition

Certificate Payments means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of and interest and any premium on the Certificates for that period or payable at that time (whether on a scheduled payment date or pursuant to or upon redemption or otherwise), as the case may be.
Certificate Payments means the payments to be made to the Owners of the Certificates, whether representing Interest Portion only or Principal Portion and Interest Portion of Basic Rent under the Lease.
Certificate Payments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the 2000-1 Asset Purchase Agreement.

Certificate Payments. All sums payable to or by us under a Certificate are payable to or from our Administrative Office. We may require return of a Certificate prior to making any payment.
