CEOC Confirmation Order definition

CEOC Confirmation Order means the entry by the Bankruptcy Court of an order confirming the CEOC Plan that is materially consistent with this Agreement and the CEOC Plan and otherwise acceptable to the Company and CEC.
CEOC Confirmation Order means an order by the Bankruptcy Court confirming the CEOC Plan, which must be reasonably satisfactory to the Requisite Consenting Bank Creditors and the Company.
CEOC Confirmation Order means the entry by the Bankruptcy Court of an order confirming the Modified Plan that is materially consistent with the Restructuring Term Sheet and otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Requisite Consenting Creditors (as evidenced by their written approval, which approval may be conveyed in writing by counsel including by electronic mail), the Company, and CEC.
