CDLAC Resolution definition

CDLAC Resolution means Resolution No. 20-096, attached hereto as Exhibit D, adopted by CDLAC on April 14, 2020, and relating to the Project, as such resolution may be modified or amended from time to time.

Examples of CDLAC Resolution in a sentence

  • CDLAC shall accordingly have contractual rights in this Regulatory Agreement and shall be entitled (but not obligated) to enforce, in accordance with Section 16 hereof, the terms hereof and the terms of the CDLAC Resolution.
