Capital Stock Equivalents definition

Capital Stock Equivalents means all securities convertible into or exchangeable for Capital Stock and all warrants, options or other rights to purchase or subscribe for any Capital Stock, whether or not presently convertible, exchangeable or exercisable.
Capital Stock Equivalents has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.3 hereof.
Capital Stock Equivalents means warrants, options or other rights for the purchase, acquisition or exchange of any items of Capital Stock (including through convertible securities).

Capital Stock Equivalents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.6 of this Agreement.
