Capital Stock Equivalent definition

Capital Stock Equivalent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.
Capital Stock Equivalent means any right, option, warrant or other security which may be exercised, converted or exchanged for (i) any Component, including the Warrants, but excluding any Three-Year Warrants or (ii) if the context expressly requires, any share of Capital Stock that is not a Component.
Capital Stock Equivalent means the shares of a corporation, the quotas of a limited liability company, any bonds, options, warrants or securities convertible into and/or exchangeable for shares or quotas, as well as any interest in other corporate types, consortiums, investment funds and associations of any nature.
