Parent Capital Stock definition

Parent Capital Stock means the Parent Common Stock and the Parent Preferred Stock.
Parent Capital Stock means (i) all classes or series of outstanding capital stock of Parent for U.S. federal income Tax purposes, including common stock and all other instruments treated as outstanding equity in Parent for U.S. federal income Tax purposes, and (ii) all options, warrants and other rights to acquire such capital stock.
Parent Capital Stock means, collectively, the Parent Common Stock, the Parent Preferred Stock and any other class or series of capital stock of Parent.

  • Upon completion of the Parent Charter Amendment, Parent has authorized for issuance, and reserved a sufficient number of the Parent Capital Stock to consummate the Contemplated Transactions.
