Parent Capital Stock definition

Parent Capital Stock means the Parent Common Stock and the Parent Preferred Stock.

More Definitions of Parent Capital Stock

Parent Capital Stock means (i) all classes or series of outstanding capital stock of Parent for U.S. federal income Tax purposes, including common stock and all other instruments treated as outstanding equity in Parent for U.S. federal income Tax purposes, and (ii) all options, warrants and other rights to acquire such capital stock.

Parent Capital Stock has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(b).

Parent Capital Stock means the Parent Common Stock and preferred stock, representing all authorized capital stock of Parent prior to the Merger.
