Parent Capital Stock definition

Parent Capital Stock means the Parent Common Stock and the Parent Preferred Stock.
Parent Capital Stock means (i) all classes or series of outstanding capital stock of Parent for U.S. federal income Tax purposes, including common stock and all other instruments treated as outstanding equity in Parent for U.S. federal income Tax purposes, and (ii) all options, warrants and other rights to acquire such capital stock.
Parent Capital Stock means, collectively, the Parent Common Stock, the Parent Preferred Stock and any other class or series of capital stock of Parent.

Examples of Parent Capital Stock in a sentence

  • Parent shall take all or any action required under any applicable federal, state, securities and other Laws in connection with the issuance of shares of Parent Capital Stock pursuant to the Contemplated Transactions.
