Capital Expenditure Note definition

Capital Expenditure Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to any Capital Expenditure Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit B-1 hereto, evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to such Capital Expenditure Lender resulting from the Capital Expenditure Loans made by such Capital Expenditure Lender.
Capital Expenditure Note shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c) of this Agreement.
Capital Expenditure Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a)(ii).

Capital Expenditure Note means each Capital Expenditure Note made by the Borrowers payable to the order of a Lender evidencing the joint and several obligation of the Borrowers to pay the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Capital Expenditure Loans made to them by such Lender (and any promissory note or notes that may be issued from time to time in substitution, renewal, extension, replacement or exchange therefor whether payable to such Lender or to a different Lender in connection with a Person becoming a Lender after the Effective Date or otherwise), substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto, with all blanks properly completed, either as originally executed or as the same may from time to time be supplemented, modified, amended, renewed, extended or refinanced.
