Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered pursuant to Article 3 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and upon such circumstances all such Uncertificated Warrants shall be deemed cancelled and so noted on the register by the Warrant Agent. Upon request by the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall furnish to the Corporation a cancellation certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled, the number of Warrants evidenced thereby, the number of Common Shares, if any, issued pursuant to such Warrants and the details of any Warrant Certificates issued in substitution or exchange for such Warrant Certificates cancelled.
Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered pursuant to Section 2.11(2), Section 2.12(1) or Section 3.2(1) shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and upon such circumstances all such Uncertificated Warrants shall be deemed cancelled and so noted on the register by the Warrant Agent. Upon request by the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall furnish to the Corporation a cancellation certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled, the number of Warrants evidenced thereby, the number of Warrant Shares, if any, issued pursuant to such Warrants and the details of any Warrant Certificates issued in substitution or exchange for such Warrant Certificates cancelled.
Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered pursuant to this Indenture shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and all Uncertificated Warrants surrendered pursuant to this Indenture shall be deemed cancelled and so noted on the register by the Warrant Agent. Upon request by the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall furnish to the Corporation a cancellation certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates or Uncertificated Warrants so cancelled, the number of Warrants evidenced thereby, the number of Common Shares, if any, issued pursuant to such Warrants upon exercise and, in the case of surrendered Warrant Certificates, the details of any Warrant Certificates issued in substitution or exchange for such Warrant Certificates cancelled.
Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to Sections 2.4, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1 or 6.1 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and, if required by the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall, upon receipt of a written request from the Corporation, cause to be furnished to the Corporation a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificate.
Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrants surrendered to the Agent pursuant to Sections 2.3, 3.2, 3.4 or 4.1 shall forthwith be canceled by the Agent. All Warrants canceled or required to be canceled under this or any other provision of this Agreement may be destroyed by or under the direction of the Agent and the Agent shall furnish the Company with a destruction certificate identifying the Warrants so destroyed and the __________________ which could have been purchased pursuant to each.
Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Trustee shall be cancelled by the Trustee and, upon request therefor of the Corporation, the Trustee shall furnish the Corporation with a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled and the number of Shares and Warrants which have been issued pursuant to each.
Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Trustee pursuant to Sections 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 3.1, 3.3, and 5.1 shall be cancelled by the Trustee and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, destroyed by the Trustee and, upon written request by the Corporation, the Trustee shall furnish to the Corporation a destruction certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so destroyed, the number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased pursuant thereto.
Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrants exercised as provided in Subsection 5.1, partially exercised as provided in Subsection 5.7 or exchanged for other Warrants as provided in Subsection 3.1 will be cancelled and destroyed by the Trustee and, if required by the Company, the Trustee will furnish the Company with a certificate as to the destruction.
Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and the Warrant Agent shall record the cancellation of such Warrant Certificates on the register of holders maintained by the Warrant Agent pursuant to subsection 3.2(1) . The Warrant Agent shall, if requested in writing by the Company, furnish or cause to be furnished to the Company a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificate. All Warrants represented by Warrant Certificates that have been duly cancelled shall be without further force or effect whatsoever.
Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to sections 2.7, 3.1, 3.2 or 4.1 will be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and, if requested by Crystallex in writing, the Warrant Agent will furnish to Crystallex a cancellation certificate identifying each Warrant Certificate so cancelled, the number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Common Shares, if any, issued pursuant to such Warrants.
