Right of Exercise. Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one (1) Common Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein.
Right of Exercise. Subject to the provisions hereof, each Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one (1) Common Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time, subject to adjustment, and in accordance with the conditions herein; provided, however, that such exercise must be permitted under the U.S. Securities Act and under any applicable United States state securities laws.
Right of Exercise. This Option is exercisable at any time during the term of this Option Agreement, in whole or in part, to acquire those Shares that have vested in accordance with this Option Agreement; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that this Option may only be exercisable to acquire whole shares of Common Stock.
Right of Exercise. Subject to the provisions hereof, each Registered Warrantholder may exercise the right conferred on such holder to subscribe for and purchase one Common Share for each Warrant after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time and in accordance with the conditions herein. If no Registration Statement is effective under the U.S. Securities Act, or if the prospectus contained therein is not available for the offer and sale of the Common Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants, at any time prior to the Expiry Time, such Warrantholder shall be notified forthwith by the Warrant Agent that such Warrantholder is entitled to a cashless exercise, in accordance with Section 3.3.
Right of Exercise. Subject to Section 9.1, the Holder shall be entitled to exercise this Warrant at any time and from time to time during the Exercise Period.
Right of Exercise. Subject to the provisions hereof, each Holder may exercise the right conferred on such Holder to subscribe for and purchase one Warrant Debenture for each Warrant held by such Holder, after the Issue Date and prior to the Expiry Time, upon payment of the Exercise Price, and otherwise in accordance with the conditions herein.

Right of Exercise. This Option is exercisable at any time during the Option Period, in whole or in part; provided, however, that this Option may only be exercisable to acquire whole shares of Common Stock.
Right of Exercise. This Option is exercisable during its term in accordance with the Vesting Schedule set out in the Notice of Grant and the applicable provisions of the Plan and this Agreement. In the event of Employee's death, Disability or other termination of Employee's employment or consulting relationship, or in the event of a Termination Event, the exercise of the Option is governed by the applicable provisions of the Plan and this Agreement.
Right of Exercise. The Grantee’s right of exercise will be cumulative so that to the extent this option is not exercised in any period to the maximum extent permissible, this option will continue to be exercisable with respect to any remaining Shares for which it is vested until this option terminates. No partial exercise of this option may be for any fractional Share or for fewer than ten whole Shares.
