Canadian Market definition

Canadian Market shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3(b)(ix).
Canadian Market means the Toronto Stock Exchange or the Canadian Securities Exchange.

"Company Incentive Plans" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4(g). “Company Counsel” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5(m). “Continuous Disclosure Materials” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4(h). “DTC” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3(b)(ix). “XXXXX” means Electronic Data Gathering Analysis and Retrieval System. “Effective Date” shall mean each date and time that the Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment or amendments thereto became or becomes effective. “Exchange Act” shall mean the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations of the Commission promulgated thereunder. “Execution Time” shall mean the date and time that this Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto.

  • Canadian Dollars means the lawful currency of Canada.

  • Open Market Value means the value which a property might reasonably be expected to realise if sold in the open market by a prudent vendor;

  • Spot Exchange Rate has the meaning specified in the related Terms Document.

  • OTC means Over-the-Counter.

  • Foreign Currency means any currency or currency unit issued by a government other than the government of the United States of America.

  • Quote Currency means the second currency in the Currency Pair which can be bought or sold by the Client for the Base Currency.

  • Foreign market vehicle means any motor vehicle originally manufactured outside the United States,

  • Canadian financial institution means (i) an association governed by the Cooperative Credit Associations Act (Canada) or a central cooperative credit society for which an order has been made under section 473(1) of that Act, or (ii) a bank, loan corporation, trust company, trust corporation, insurance company, treasury branch, credit union, caisse populaire, financial services cooperative, or league that, in each case, is authorized by an enactment of Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada to carry on business in Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada;

  • Reuters LIBOR01 means the display designated on the Reuters 3000 Xtra Service on page LIBOR01 Page (or such other page as may replace “Reuters LIBOR01” page on the service or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association or other administrator of LIBOR for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates for United States dollar deposits or loans).

  • London Business Day Any day on which dealings in deposits of United States dollars are transacted in the London interbank market.
