Canadian Holders definition

Canadian Holders means Terra Securityholders who, for the purposes of the ITA or any applicable income tax treaty or convention, and at all relevant times, are resident in Canada or deemed to be resident in Canada.
Canadian Holders means Qualifying Holders with registered addresses in Canada or any of its provinces;
Canadian Holders means holders of the Company's securities resident in the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario.
