U.S. Lenders definition

U.S. Lenders means the financial institutions listed on the signature pages of the U.S. Credit Agreement and their respective successors and assigns.
U.S. Lenders means the Lenders having U.S. Commitments or outstanding U.S. Loans.
U.S. Lenders each of the U.S. Revolving Lenders, the U.S. Term B Lenders and any Lender with an Incremental Term Loan, Extended Term Loan or Refinancing Term Loan.

  • The Additional U.S. Borrower desires to join the Amended Credit Agreement as a Borrower thereunder and the Agents, the Issuing Banks, the Swing Line Lenders and the Lenders desire to consent to such joinder, and as of the Second Amendment Effective Date, the Additional U.S. Borrower has requested the U.S. Lenders to extend credit in the form of U.S. Revolving Credit Loans to the Additional U.S. Borrower from time to time.

  • None of the Agents shall have implied duties to the U.S. Lenders, or any obligation to the U.S. Lenders to take any action thereunder except any action by an Agent specifically provided by the U.S. Loan Documents to be taken by such Agent.

More Definitions of U.S. Lenders

U.S. Lenders means the Lenders designated as such in Schedule A annexed hereto providing the US Revolving Facility to the US Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
U.S. Lenders means the Lenders identified as U.S. Lenders on the execution pages hereof having a Commitment to lend or when such Commitment shall have terminated, having Borrowings outstanding to the U.S. Borrower under the U.S. Facilities.
U.S. Lenders means (a) the financial institutions that have become a party hereto pursuant to a Lender Addendum that make U.S. Loans or provide Commitments to U.S. Borrower and (b) any financial institution that has become a party hereto pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption that makes U.S. Loans or provides a Commitment to U.S. Borrower, other than, in each case, any such financial institution that has ceased to be a party hereto pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term “U.S. Lenders” shall include the Swingline Lender.
U.S. Lenders means, collectively, all Lenders other than Canadian Lender.
U.S. Lenders the banks and other financial institutions from time to time holding U.S. Commitments.
U.S. Lenders means and includes Bank of Montreal and the other financial institutions from time to time party to this agreement with a U.S. Dollar Commitment as set forth on Schedule 1.1 attached hereto, including each assignee Lender of a U.S. Lender pursuant to Section 11.17 hereof, and unless the context otherwise requires, the Swing Line Lender.
