Authorized Distributor means a Distributor distributing product within the terms of an Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) or the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractual agreement. Contractual Agreement terms include, but are not limited to, distribution region, distribution products or lines, and warranty flow down from the OCM/OEM. Under this distribution, the distributor would be known as an Authorized Distributor. The term Franchised Distributor is considered synonymous with Authorized Distributor.
Authorized Driver means any of the following:
Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.
Authorized distributor of record means a pharmaceutical wholesaler with whom a manufacturer has established an ongoing relationship to distribute the manufacturer's prescription drugs. An ongoing relationship is deemed to exist between such pharmaceutical wholesaler and a manufacturer, as defined in Section 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code, when the pharmaceutical wholesaler has a written agreement currently in effect with the manufacturer evidencing such ongoing relationship, and the pharmaceutical wholesaler is listed on the manufacturer's current list of authorized distributors of record.
Authorized User means one named employee, contractor or agent of Customer (each identified by a unique email address) for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the Subscription Services and who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.
Authorized Users(s) means an individual or individuals with a business need to access DSHS Confidential Information, and who has or have been authorized to do so.
Authorized Company Representative means any person who, at the time, shall have been designated to act on behalf of the Company by a written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Remarketing Agent and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by any officer of the Company. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Authorized Users means employees or contractors of the Licensee who regularly work at Your Workplace who use the Software.
Authorized pharmacist means an Iowa-licensed pharmacist whose license is in good standing and who meets the drug therapy management criteria defined in this rule.
Authorized Dealer means a person authorized as an authorized dealer under sub- section (1) of section 10 of FEMA.
Initial Authorized Denomination With respect to any Class and any Certificate Group, the amount set forth with respect to such Class and such Certificate Group in the Schedule under the heading “Original Principal or Notional Principal Balances” or “Original Principal Balance,” as applicable.
Multiple Exchange Carriers Ordering and Design or “MECOD” means the Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, a document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee of the OBF, which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee of ATIS. The MECOD document, published by ATIS as ATIS/OBF- MECAB-Issue 3, February 1993, establishes methods for processing orders for access service which is to be provided to an IXC by two (2) or more telecommunications providers.
Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager or Director of Finance of the City, or such other Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such Person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.

Authorized inspector means inspectors employed by the authorities responsible for boarding and inspection included in the Commission register and authorized to conduct boarding and inspection activities pursuant to these procedures;
Printed Materials means all artwork and mechanicals set forth on the disc label of the PlayStation Disc relating to any of the Licensed Products and on or inside any Packaging for the Licensed Product, and all instructional manuals, liners, inserts, trade dress and other user information to be inserted into the Packaging.
Authorized entity means a nonprofit organization or a governmental agency that has a primary mission to provide specialized services relating to training, education, or adaptive reading or information access needs of blind or other persons with disabilities;
Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit "A" or stated in the Service Agreement, or authorized under the statutes referred to herein by this DPA. Authorized delegate means a person a licensee designates to provide money services on behalf of the licensee.
Industry representative sample means liquor that is placed in the possession of the department for testing, analysis, and sampling by a local industry representative on the premises of the department to educate the local industry representative of the quality and characteristics of the product.
Authorized Claimant means any Class Member whose claim for recovery has been allowed pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation.
Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement for preparation of an Optional Interconnection Study, as set forth in Tariff, Attachment N-3. Part I:
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
Authorized Affiliate means any of Customer's Affiliate(s) which (a) is subject to the data protection laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland and/or the United Kingdom, and (b) is permitted to use the Service pursuant to the Agreement between Customer and Okta, but has not signed its own Order Form with Okta and is not a "Customer" as defined under the Agreement.
Reverse distributor means a person or company that retrieves unusable or outdated drugs from a pharmacy for the purpose of removing those drugs from stock and destroying them.
Informed Customer Consent means, in the case where consent is required: (1) the Customer is provided with a clear statement of the data or information to be collected and allowable uses of that data or information by the party seeking consent; (2) the frequency of data or information release and the duration of time for which the consent is valid; and (3) process by which the Customer may revoke consent. In no case shall silence by the Customer ever be construed to mean express or implied consent to a request by the Company, or its Contractors. Customer consent shall be provided directly from the Customer and documented in writing, subject to forms and processes as defined by the Company.
