Builder Basket Amount means the amount equal to the sum of the amounts determined pursuant to Section 4.7(c)(1), (c)(2) and (c)(3) of the 2017 Notes Indenture (as in effect on the First Amendment Effective Date).   • Basket Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 10.5(b).
