BREC definition

BREC or “Big Rivers” means Big Rivers Electric Corporation and/or any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents who may have knowledge of the particular matter addressed. As used herein, “BREC” or “Big Rivers” shall also encompass Kenergy (as defined in paragraph 2 below), unless specifically stated otherwise.

Examples of BREC in a sentence

  • For the services, payments and facilities to be furnished hereunder by the Manager, the Manager shall be entitled to receive from BREC in respect of each month a monthly management fee at the rate of 1/20th of 1% of the average daily gross investment assets of BREC.
