Seller will pay to BREC a pro rata share of any partial payment made to Seller by or on behalf of Customer.

This Agreement may be amended, revised, or modified by, and only by, a written instrument duly executed by both Parties and BREC.
The Parties agree that if the billing date by which BREC bills Seller under BREC’s tariff relative to the service provided under this Agreement changes, or that if the due date by which Seller must pay BREC under BREC’s tariff relative to the service provided under this Agreement changes, the Parties will amend the billing date and due date herein accordingly.
