BREC definition

BREC or “Big Rivers” means Big Rivers Electric Corporation and/or any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents who may have knowledge of the particular matter addressed. As used herein, “BREC” or “Big Rivers” shall also encompass Kenergy (as defined in paragraph 2 below), unless specifically stated otherwise.
