Big Rivers definition

Big Rivers. As defined in the preamble to this Agreement.
Big Rivers means Big Rivers Electric Corporation.
Big Rivers means the Contract Resource of that name having the pricing characteristics and constraints set forth in Exhibit 3.1, which is generally modeled on power purchase agreements between OPC and Big Rivers Electric Corporation, dated as of July 19, 1989, December 17, 1990, and March 12, 1992.

Big Rivers. Performance Responsibility. Notwithstanding anything in Section 8 of this Agreement, entitled "Phase I Subcontract," to the contrary, throughout the Phase I Subcontract Term, Big Rivers shall continue to be primarily responsible to Xxxxxxxxx for the full performance of all obligations and covenants made under the Station Two Contracts in accordance with the respective terms thereof, and for any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, actions, damages, losses or other sums that are claimed by or otherwise due to Xxxxxxxxx arising out of or resulting from any breach or default by Big Rivers in its performance of covenants and obligations under the Station Two Contracts.
