Bonus Computation Period definition

Bonus Computation Period means the time period which is used by the Company in determining whether a Bonus has been earned and the amount of the Bonus.

  • Computation Period means each period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters ending on the last day of a Fiscal Quarter.
