Bondholder definition

Bondholder means the Person who is registered on a Securities Account as direct registered owner (Sw. ägare) or nominee (Sw. förvaltare) with respect to a Bond.
Bondholder means a person who is registered in the CSD as directly registered owner or nominee holder of a Bond, subject however to Clause 3.3 (Bondholders’ rights).
Bondholder or “owner of a Bond” or any similar term means the owner of a Bond.
