Bitcoin Index Price definition

Bitcoin Index Price. (which may also be referred to as the “Reference Rate”) has the meaning ascribed to such term as provided in the Prospectus.

  • The amount of Bitcoins payable in respect of each daily U.S. Dollar accrual shall be determined by reference to the same Bitcoin Index Price used to determine such accrual.

  • The Bitcoin Index Price is the value of a Bitcoin as represented by the Index, calculated at 4:00 p.m., New York time, on each business day.
