Billable Messages definition

Billable Messages means those Messages that: (i) consist of telephone calls to be billed to telephone numbers having NPA area code numbers and NXX code prefix numbers that (a) are listed on ACI's then current On-Net File and (b) have not been rejected by ACI and (c) are in an acceptable calltype, as identified in Schedule 2.01 hereto; or (ii) any other service(s) provided to End Users which are billed to an End User by the B&C Processors and which have been approved for billing by the applicable B&C Processor and ACI. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Messages that do not otherwise meet the tenns of this Agreement will not be accepted by ACI for billing.
Billable Messages means those Messages that (a) consist of telephone calls to be billed to billing numbers issued by AT&T, and (b) have not been rejected by AT&T during the editing, balancing, and formatting process.

Examples of Billable Messages in a sentence

  • Customer acknowledges that ACI's election to provide Primary Inquiry Services will be made on a B&C Processor-by-B&C Processor basis and will include all Billable Messages sent to that B&C Processor by or through Customer and other customers of ACI.

  • ACI will be responsible for responding to all End User questions and problems related to Billable Messages and will provide appropriate credits and adjustments, all in accordance with the procedures that it establishes.

  • ACI will maintain an up-to-date contingency plan to facilitate continued processing of Billable Messages in the event of a catastrophe or other event of natural force majeure or in the event of single processor failure within an ACI data center or the failure of the entire ACI data center.

  • With respect to the Billable Messages Customer delivers to ACI, ACI, as a limited agent for Customer, agrees to provide the billing and collection services described in Schedule 3.01 (the "Billing Services") to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • An example of such a Reserve Event would be Billable Messages by Customer dropping by seventy-five percent (75%), or the termination or anticipated termination of this Agreement.

  • If any of Customer's Billable Messages are returned as unbillable by a B&C Processor that is providing ACI with automated return item processing in the appropriate format such Messages will be deemed to be "Returned Messages".

  • Billing Services Charges ------------------------------------ are calculated based on minutes included in Billable Messages at the rate of $____ per Billable Message Minute.

  • The term of this License will begin on the earlier of (a) the date EDS completes installation of the Licensed Programs and furnishes Licensee written notification of such completion, or (b) the date the Licensed Programs first processes Licensee's Billable Messages to Licensee's reasonable satisfaction (the "Installation Date"), and will continue for sixty (60) months (the "License Term") unless earlier terminated pursuant to Article VII.

  • The foregoing notwithstanding, in the event that Licensee's monthly processing of Billable Messages exceed 150,000,000, EDS reserves the right to renegotiate subsequent annual maintenance fees.

  • The Purchase Price will be ----------------------- calculated based on Billable Message Minutes of Approved Messages less Rejected Messages (or "Billable Messages") transmitted to AT&T to be billed to End User, less Billing Services Charges to be paid (retained) by AT&T.

  • Text messaging means reading from or entering data into any handheld or other electronic device, including for the purpose of short message service texting, e-mailing, instant messaging, obtaining navigational information, or engaging in any other form of electronic data retrieval or electronic data communication. The term does not include glancing at or listening to a navigational device that is secured in a commercially designed holder affixed to the vehicle, provided that the destination and route are programmed into the device either before driving or while stopped in a location off the roadway where it is safe and legal to park.

  • Exchange Message Record or "EMR" is the standard used for exchange of telecommunications message information between telecommunications providers for billable, non-billable, sample, settlement and study data. EMR format is contained in BR-010-200-010 XXXX Exchange Message Record, a Telcordia document that defines industry standards for exchange message records. "Exchange Service" or "Extended Area Service (EAS)/Local Traffic" means traffic that is originated and terminated within the Local Calling Area as determined by the Commission.

  • Messages means both “EDI Messages” or “Other Messages”.

  • Automated Message Accounting (AMA means the structure that is inherent in switch technology that initially records Telecommunication message information. AMA format is contained in the Automated Message Accounting document published by iconectiv (formerly known as Telcordia) as GR-1100-CORE, which defines and amends the industry standard for message recording.

  • Exchange Message Interface or "EMI" means the format used for exchange of Telecommunications message information among Telecommunications Carriers. It is referenced in the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) document that defines industry guidelines for the exchange of message records.

  • Cubic Metre means the volume of gas which occupies one cubic metre when such gas is at a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius, and at a pressure of 101.325 kilopascals absolute;

  • Electronic message means a communication transmitted electronically, including:

  • Agent’s Message means a message transmitted by DTC to, and received by, the Depositary and forming a part of the book-entry confirmation, which states that DTC has received an express acknowledgment from each participant in DTC tendering the Notes and that such participants have received the Letter of Transmittal and agree to be bound by the terms of the Letter of Transmittal and the Issuer may enforce such agreement against such participants.

  • Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Router means a modem or router provided by us for use by you in connection with the Broadband Service.

  • Log means the up-to-date log that is used to track all Modifications to the Facility since the date of this Certificate as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • pseudonymisation means the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person;

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Encrypted means the transformation of data into a form which results in a low probability of assigning meaning without the use of a protective process or key.

  • Voyage means any movement of a ship that originates from or terminates in a port of call and that serves the purpose of transporting passengers or cargo for commercial purposes;
