Bidco Directors definition

Bidco Directors means the directors of Bidco from time to time;

• To the best of the knowledge and belief of the Bidco Directors and the EA Directors (who have taken all reasonable care to ensure that such is the case), the information contained in the Letter for which they accept responsibility is in accordance with the facts and does not omit anything likely to affect the import of such information.

More Definitions of Bidco Directors

Bidco Directors means the directors of Bidco from time to time and for the time being;
