Each BFA Recipient or BFA, on behalf of each BFA Recipient, will pay all charges (other than those that are disputed in accordance with the terms hereof) when those payments are due.

Upon receipt of a notice of termination from a BFA Recipient for all or part of the Services by reason of the appointment of a conservator or receiver for Provider in accordance with 12 U.S.C. §1821(c) or similar and successor provisions, Provider will take such actions as may be reasonably necessary to provide continuous service to the BFA Recipients and will take such other actions as the Parties may agree from time to time.
