Behavioral health services include the evaluation, management, and treatment for a mental health or substance use disorder condition.
Behavioral Problems means manifestations of a Pet exhibiting abnormal responses to stimuli, not caused by an underlying medical condition, including but not limited to, aggression, anxiety and destructive and/or compulsive behavior.
