Beginning driver or "beginning student" means any person being trained to drive a particular class of motor vehicle who has not been previously licensed to drive that motor vehicle by any state or country.

beginning mean "from and including," the word "after" means "from but excluding," the words "to" and "until" mean "to but excluding," and the word "through" means "to and including." Likewise, in setting deadlines or other periods, "by" means "by." The words "preceding," "following," and words of similar import, mean immediately preceding or following. References to a month or a year refer to calendar months and calendar years.
Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

motor cycle means any two-wheeled vehicle, with or without side-car, which is equipped with a propelling engine. Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.
