  • If any such Interest Election Request requests a Term SOFR Borrowing, Term ▇▇▇▇▇ Rate Borrowing, BBSY Rate Borrowing or EURIBOR Rate Borrowing but does not specify an Interest Period, then the applicable Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one (1) month’s duration.

If any Interest Period is an Impacted Interest Period, then BBSY shall be the Interpolated Rate for such Interest Period. BBSY shall not be less than zero.
BBSY means the rate expressed as a percentage to be the arithmetic mean (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest four decimal places) as supplied to the Facility Agent at its request quoted by at least two reference banks that are leading banks as the rate at which it is offered deposits in Australian Dollars and for the required period in the Australian interbank market at or about 11:00 a.m., Sydney time.
