In the event that such rate does not appear on such page, the Eurocurrency Rate shall be the Interpolated Rate (as defined below).
Each such Mandatory Borrowing shall have an Interest Period equal to (i) to the extent an Interpolated Rate may be determined with respect to such period, the number of days between (A) the Business Day such Loans are to be funded and (B) the date such Swingline Loan was initially to be repaid by the Borrower and (ii) in all other cases, one week.

If clause 10.2(a) above applies but Historic Term SOFR is not available for a period equal in length to one month, there shall be no Interpolated Rate (Trade Products – Odd) for that Loan and clause 10.4 (Cost of funds) shall apply to that Loan.
If the Independent Adviser or the Issuer (as applicable) (acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner) is unable to determine the quantum of, or a formula or methodology for determining, such Redemption Rate Adjustment Spread, then such Successor Mid-Swap Rate, Alternative Mid-Swap Rate, Interpolated Rate, Relevant Mid-Swap Rate and/or Redemption Rate (as applicable) will apply without a Redemption Rate Adjustment Spread.
