Bank Investors definition

Bank Investors shall have the meaning specified in the Note Purchase Agreement.

Bank Investors means each financial institution (including in its capacity as an “L/C Issuer” where applicable) identified as a “Bank Investor” on Schedule II and their respective successors and assigns. ​

More Definitions of Bank Investors

Bank Investors means NationsBank, N.A. and each other financial institution that becomes a Bank Investor pursuant to an Assignment and Assumption Agreement in accordance with the Agreement and the respective successors and permitted assigns of any of the foregoing.
