Examples of Bank Indebtedness in a sentence
The Borrower hereby authorizes each Lender in case of an Event of Default, at such Lender's option, at any time and from time to time, to apply, at the discretion of such Lender, to the payment of Bank Indebtedness, any and all such property, credits, securities or money now or hereafter in the hands of such Lender belonging or owed to the Borrower.
All amounts owed pursuant to this Section 9.16 shall be part of the Bank Indebtedness.
The provisions of this Section 9.16 shall survive the payment of the Bank Indebtedness and the termination of this Agreement.
