Eligible Investor definition

Eligible Investor. Either (i) a Qualified Institutional Buyer that is purchasing for its own account or for the account of a Qualified Institutional Buyer to whom notice is given that the offer, sale or transfer is being made in reliance on Rule 144A or (ii) an Institutional Accredited Investor.

Eligible Investor. Any of (i) a Qualified Institutional Buyer that is purchasing for its own account or for the account of a Qualified Institutional Buyer to whom notice is given that the offer, sale or transfer is being made in reliance on Rule 144A or (ii) an Institutional Accredited Investor.

Eligible Investor means a person who is entitled to hold securities through a so-called “X-Account” (being an account exempted from withholding tax) in a settlement system in accordance with Article 4 of the Belgian Royal Decree of 26 May 1994 on the collection and refund of withholding tax (as amended or replaced from time to time).

More Definitions of Eligible Investor

Eligible Investor means an ‘‘eligible investor’’ as defined in section 238(c) of the Act.

Eligible Investor means an individual, estate, or trust subject to the tax imposed by section 5747.02 of the Revised Code, or a pass-through entity in which such an individual, estate, or trust holds a direct or indirect ownership or other equity interest. To qualify as an eligible investor, the individual, estate, trust, or pass-through entity shall not owe any outstanding tax or other liability to the state at the time of a qualifying investment.

Eligible Investor. Means, in relation to each Class in each Sub-Fund, an investor that satisfies the relevant criteria to invest in the relevant Class as is stipulated in the relevant Special Section;

Eligible Investor means a “professional investor” within the meaning of paragraph (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) or (i) of the definition of “professional investor” in section 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the SFO or other types of investors that are permitted or approved by the China Connect Authorities to trade ChiNext Shares through Shenzhen Hong Kong Stock Connect.

Eligible Investor means a person eligible to hold Shares, as determined from time to time by the Directors.

Eligible Investor has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
